We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our support team. This person must be based in Germany and have native-level proficiency in German, with a high level of proficiency in English. The perfect candidate for this role shares our passion for providing a positive customer experience, and is focused on achieving a high customer satisfaction rating.
The role of the Customer Success Representative is to help maintain and bolster customer satisfaction. This position will enable you to learn best practices in customer service, operations, and to interact with most of our internal teams.
