Founded in 2005, Medrio is privately owned and currently experiencing geometric growth in terms of customers, revenue, and employees.  We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Reporting and API who will help us continue to deliver world-class software.

We are looking for an extraordinary technical writer whose mastery of their craft brings clarity and speaks to the needs of our customers, users, and internal teams. This role requires a deep understanding of our line of products, services, and customers. As our technical writer, you will be the voice that brings guidance and confidence to our customers and users, enabling them to be successful through user manuals, online help, articles, videos, and tutorials; for our internal teams, you will be the bridge to surface the most important information to help keep our customers happy while improving our product and services.

Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare and previous technical role(s), plus the flexibility needed for a quick-pace startup environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver top-notch documentation and video guides for our full-line of world class SaaS-based products, both for internal and external facing audiences.

  • Responsible for the creation of PDF, online, and video documentation for our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and mobile, tablet-based (Android and iPad) eSource product lines.

  • Write and distribute the release and patch notes for multiple products as scheduled and/or needed in Community.

  • Write and update user guides, manuals, and product specifications for our full-line of products and services.

  • Write Developer and API Guides

  • Document bug reports for developers on new deployments and migrations

Skills/Areas of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Technical Writing, or equivalent work experience

  • 1+ years of experience writing documentation for a business audience          

  • Extremely solid aptitude for understanding how to use business-to-business applications

  • Basic understanding of how to create video tutorials

  • Quick study in learning new industries and new technologies

  • Able to write concisely and clearly for both internal and external audiences, both technical and non-technical
