Description

We are looking to bring on an experienced product marketer. You will be a key part of the team that helps to establish our presence in the market. Your work will directly impact how we are positioned in the market.  You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, engineering and customer support to ensure our customers know Medrio inside and out. In this role, you will be the expert on buyers and users of our products and transfer that knowledge through compelling marketing communication and sales enablement materials.

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for working cross-functionally with sales, product management, and marketing to develop positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and sales enablement materials for our products. The product marketing manager will also be charged with working cross-functionally with the extended marketing team, sales and product management to develop engaging marketing programs that will reach the target audience for each product and impact sales revenue.

You will manage new and existing integration partners, develop and run our partner onboarding process, and drive positive outcomes for each partnership. You will manage the growth and monetization of existing partners, and track partner performance against set goals and share empirical learnings on how and where to improve

Responsibilities

Sales enablement – Communicate the value proposition of our products that differentiates it in the market and develop the sales to support the selling process of our products

Communication – Ongoing communication with internal stakeholders and customers about product updates, new product launches, and customer feedback

Product launch – Partner with product management and sales to run beta programs, gather customer feedback, and plan for new product launches

Market intelligence – Be an expert on our buyers, users and competition to inform marketing and sales strategy, and product development

Market research – Draft new market research studies that help answer crucial go-to-market and product strategy questions, based on needs and gaps of the GTM, Product Marketing, and Product organizations. Field, analyze, and present findings from your market research

Demand generation and events – Partner with marketing to provide support and content for online marketing and industry events

Partner Program – Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, communication, life sciences, or related field preferred; MBA a plus

5 - 7 years of product marketing experience, 3+ with B2B and/or SaaS company. Clinical solutions and/or clinical trial experience preferred, although not required

Enthusiastic collaborator who is able to effectively work and build consensus across teams with many different stakeholders, both internal and external

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Creative, clear, and succinct visual communication style

Desire and ability to succeed in a demanding, creative, and entrepreneurial environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver results accurately and on time

Ability to think critically and be data-driven to solve problems. Experience with Google Analytics, Splunk, or other analytics platforms a plus

Team player, easy to work with, and willing to lend a hand to others when needed

Technologically savvy and should be proficient in the tools required to communicate with the market (i.e. advanced skills in MS Office to include PowerPoint, Word and Excel), Marketing automation, CMS, web analytics, Salesforce, etc. Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat skills highly desired
