As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy and marketing programs that drive demand for our products. You will develop competitive, differentiated positioning for audiences that span from C-level executives and leaders in clinical trials, to reseller channels and end user customers. What You’ll Do

Positioning & Messaging

Work with Product Management and Marketing to create and hone the messages that will communicate our value proposition and differentiate the company effectively in global markets. Ensure every customer touchpoint reinforces our brand proposition and drives more prospects from consideration to customer.

Product Go-to-Market

Plan and execute cross-functional Product Management, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Support, Marketing, and Leadership Team go-to-market activities for product launches and enhancements. Iterate and improve the current go-to-market strategy for all products across all company departments based on post-market launch analysis and adoption metrics.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

Work with Product Management and Marketing to gather and quantify industry and market information to aid in market segmentation and product positioning. Identify our actual and potential competitors and evaluate their strategies.  Assess competitor’s relative strengths and weaknesses and devise counter-strategies. Educate salespeople on competitive positioning strategies.

Value Positioning & Messaging

Work with Marketing and Product Management to define and determine the key benefits, market differentiation, customer value, and the positioning of our products across channels.

Sales Enablement

Liaise with Product Management and Marketing to create sales enablement collateral including sales decks, product datasheets, case studies, conference presentations, white papers, presentations/videos, demo scripts, competitive battle cards, ROI calculators, and objection handling kill-sheets. Partner with Sales to create the training that teaches how to sell our products.

Qualified If:
  • Have Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Strategic thinker with at least 5 years of overall work experience in B2B SaaS healthcare product marketing role
  • Have experience in driving B2B product launches, including positioning and sales enablement in a global, regulated market.  
  • Bring first-hand experience positioning and marketing healthcare SaaS products and services to a matrix of different users, role, markets and segments in a regulatory-driven environment
  • Operate at a strategic level to define new market opportunities, assess product-market fit and work tactically to drive projects to successful completion
  • Are clear thinker and communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Consistently focus on problem-solving, with the ability to discern the core issues and use good judgement in recommending practical solutions
  • Demonstrate first-rate project management, teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship management skills with proven ability to collaborate with other functions in the company at all organizational levels
Perfect If:
  • Have familiarity with clinical trials market landscape
  • Have ability to translate complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications and work with cross functional teams and influence external C levels.
  • Demonstrated capability of taking initiative, leadership, breakthrough thinking and functioning in highly dynamic environments
  • Have the ability to think creatively while making decisions based on data and envisioning new solutions and approaches
  • Have a shared sense of purpose
  • Have a sense of humor and an ability to not take yourself too seriously
